Full Time Staff	Nine staff in Ford/Citroen vans painted white with blue livery plus administrative staff.
Training	Approximately 80% of our staff at any one time will have worked with many years of experience as window cleaners within the industry. The remainder are recruited for their potential to receive the company training in window cleaning and the use of access equipment. Additional external training is provided by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health in association with the Safety Training Unit at Preston College as well as specialized training in the use of equipment and techniques, that is access platforms and rope access.
Health and Safety	Mr B Flynn is the company's appointed Safety Officer. Neither the company nor any of its employees have been prosecuted by the HSE, nor had any restriction orders placed by the Environmental Health departments of any local council. The company carries full public and employer's liability insurance together with plant and machinery insurance.
